Blacksphere Photography & Digital Design Studio
The following are the terms and conditions of engaging in a business agreement with Blacksphere. They are necessary so as to avoid any ambiguity in so far as offer and acceptance of goods and services is concerned and the payment of these goods and services.
Satisfaction Guarantee, It is our promise to you that, if you are not satisfied with your digital retouching, digital design or artwork, we will do it again FREE of charge.
Payment and Accounts, because of the global nature of our service, after final artwork and proofing has been approved, payment must be made prior to artwork being electronically transferred to the client. Blacksphere will not dispatch, upload or file transfer until payment has been received. For your security we offer a variety of payment options; Visa card, Direct debit and PayPal. We utilize PayPal as our default being one of the Internet’s most popular and secure payment systems.
Retouching, If you want your photo’s retouched it is easy.
1 first upload your images to us using our upload service,
2 Purchase a retouching package by clicking on the one you want using the shopping cart provided.
3 Once payment has been made we will start work and complete your images. Once ready, you will be emailed a link to our downloads section, simply click this link and download your photographs directly to your computer.
In the past we have spent many hours working on photo’s and images without being paid, while we enjoy our work, we cannot afford to do it for free.
Terms & Conditions
Free Retouching, we also offer free retouching, your images are retouched and Photoshop'd for free, and in exchange we use these images for our stock. The result is of mutual benefit with free industry exposure, both locally and internationally, contact us for more information.
TFP, we also offer a Time For Prints solution to models wanting to upgrade their portfolio. This is a free service, you receive new fresh images for your portfolio and in exchange we use these images for our stock. The result is of mutual benefit with free industry exposure, both locally and internationally, contact us for more information.
Privacy Policy, We are totally aware of your privacy concerns and therefore take the utmost care with any private information that is transmitted to us. We do not forward any information sent to us, to any other agency or business. All information sent to us is treated with total confidentiality. We will only use your email address to get in contact with you in regards to; your product purchases, queries or information requests. We will also email you with any relevant offers we have in direct relation to your query.
Product purchases and payment information, your financial security is our concern, without that trust we cannot function as an Internet business. It is for this reason that all our payments go through PayPal, in order to protect your security with one of the most established Internet payment systems.
Make your money back on your first new customer, this is based on you purchasing a retouching package, website or other product where the profit margin of the product or service you are offering is sufficient to recover the purchase cost. We are confident in our service and it’s ability to pay for itself from your first customer!
For example if you retouch just one of your photo’s using the Model Gold Retouching
package at a cost of $6.75 per image. All you need is one job from this new image
(at a typical modelling rate of $50-
Logo Design Note for all logo design’s, we DESIGN ONLY and do not conduct any checks for currently existing trademarks or registered designs. This is your responsibility! By entering into this agreement (the purchase of our logo design pack) you understand the above mentioned claims and agree that any further redesign will be paid for you the client. We do not warrant or imply that what we design is unique or original. This is because it is not possible for us to do all the required checks for you and for all industries in every country around the world, that may or may not be implicated or associated in the logo design that we produce. Therefore it is agreed by you the client that we design only and are not responsible for any further legal implications that may result from you using this design without first checking it’s repercussions. We will redesign the logo as per our satisfaction guarantee, but we will not be liable for any legal implications which may result from you using our logo. It is your sole responsibility that it does not breach any existing design, copyright or trademarks that may exist in the country of use. By purchasing our logo pack you understand and agree to these conditions and absolve Blacksphere and it’s designers from any legal responsibility. If you require us to check for the unique nature of your design, please message us and via email correspondence we will confirm which country and which industry you will be using this design. Be aware that the lengthy nature of these checks will incur significant cost. Contact us for more details. (we recommend that you conduct these checks yourself in your country and your industry). NOTE that we will redesign based on our satisfaction guarantee within a 14 day period from the time we complete the design and send it to you.
